   Location

•The municipality of Kehlen (6162 citizens) is located in the south-west of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and a short drive from Belgian border. The municipality is made up of the localities of Direndall, Dondelange, Kehlen, Keispelt, Meispelt, Nospelt, Olm and Weidendall. The distance to Luxemburg city center is 13km.

•During last decade, the municipal authority has made great efforts to modernize and create the basic equipments ( such as sanitation, drinking water supply, roads, cemetery, etc.) adapted to the needs of a population in full expansion. In the areas of education, culture and sports, a modern quality infrastructure has been put in place. Finally, efficient public services have been created, especially in the social field, to offer citizens a very good quality of life. 

•Cité Kurt is a residential area created in the 80’s and located only few hundred meters from Capellen. This area is offering a very calm and kids friendly environment, but at the same time all commodities are only few minutes away.

Project Cité Kurt

Our project is located at 25, Bd Robert Schuman, L-8340 Olm, on a plot of land of 9.660 m2. The plot will be divided into 2 parcels. On each parcel of about 4800m2 we will build a bi-familial house.

Total surface of both buildings  will be +/- 920 m2 and the living surface (4 duplex)  +/- 560 m2.

Each house is conceived for 2 duplex offering highest standards of comfort. 

The duplex located on the higher floors will feature large terrasses with possibility to install a hot tub and the duplex on the lower floors will have a private garden with the possibility to build an outside pool.
